LOL - my grandparents made the same migratory trek and I'm with you...I think they're all down there swinging from the rafters with a drink in one hand and good food in the other. This recipe sounds and looks terrific.

I make gumbo that was originally based on a Justin Wilson recipe. This looks great and I will have to try.

I am under 60, and I know all about this conspiracy. Though I'm sure your grandparents are among the sweet snowbirds, certain folks can take it to entail driving really slow in front of us, complaining about how hot it is even though they came down here to escape the cold in the first place, and lamenting the lack of [whatever it is they like from up North] in restaurants ;)

As for your awesome grandparents, I don't know what flavor of Margaritaville they were visiting when they came up with this, but I give it my official FL stamp of approval! They can come stay anytime.

My husband would love this while watching the game...
By the way, my grandparents wouldn't write a recipe like this. LOL.
